A message for Church Leaders
Entrepreneurs hold tremendous potential to shape the world, yet they face unique challenges that can impact their emotional, relational, and spiritual wellbeing. Driven and creative, they need support to navigate the pressures of entrepreneurship without compromising their values.
Thank you for taking a moment to visit this page. We know you're deeply invested in the lives of the people in your congregations —walking alongside families, individuals, and neighbours through all kinds of seasons.
We're a local Bristol community of Christian entrepreneurs, innovators, and business owners who believe that starting ventures—whether small businesses, community projects, or creative solutions—can make a real, positive difference in people's lives. Most of those we connect with are already part of local churches, bringing their faith into everyday work that creates jobs, tackles challenges like poverty or isolation, or simply offers hope and opportunity where it's needed.
What we offer is straightforward and relational:
Casual monthly First Friday Coffee Meet-Ups where people can connect over a cup of coffee, share what's on their heart, and find mutual encouragement.
Springboards—small groups of 5-6 like-minded individuals meeting monthly for honest conversation, prayerful support, and practical wisdom to help move ideas forward.
Spring Deeper evenings with good food, a thoughtful speaker, and open discussion on real-life topics that matter to faith-driven people building things in our city.
These aren't high-pressure programmes; they're gentle spaces designed to build friendships and provide the kind of backing that helps someone take their next step—whether that's launching an ethical business, creating community employment, or turning a passion into something that blesses others.
If you know people in your church or community who could use this kind of support—someone with an entrepreneurial spark, a desire to address local needs, or just needing a few trusted friends to talk things through—we'd be grateful if you felt able to point them our way.
If any of this feels helpful, or if you'd like to chat more about how we might connect with folks from your church, please feel free to contact me.
